Sunshine City

A new high quality large scale residential development comprising a quality mix of 2 and 3 level townhouses and apartments is coming soon to 112-116 Anderson Road, Sunshine.

The site is located within the Sunshine Town Centre, a Metropolitan Activity Centre in the City of Brimbank. It has been recognised in Plan Melbourne as an Emerging Employment Cluster. The vision for this Activity Centre is for it to become the capital of Melbourne’s West with increased employment, health, education, transport and housing opportunities.

The site is situated approximately 500 metres from Sunshine Station and just under a kilometre south of Albion Station. Sunshine Station will become the state’s first major interchange hub on completion of the Regional Rail Link in June 2015.

The vision for this site is for a highly accessible medium density residential community within a high quality landscaped public realm that responds positively to its close proximity to the Sunshine Activity Centre and most significantly the heritage listed H.V. McKay Memorial Gardens.

Development Plans are currently underway.

The development is anticipated to proceed in stages over the next 2-5 years.
